Refund Policy

In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Mish Photography from shooting on a scheduled date, the client will have the option to reschedule their session or receive a full refund of their retainer (if applicable). No retainer will be returned if the client fails to attend the session on the date/time scheduled.

Due to the nature of digital photography any sale of digital images cannot be refunded. Mish Photography will refund purchases of prints if the refund has been initiated within 7 days of receiving the pictures. If a buyer has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify Mish Photography, before receiving the “incorrect” photograph. Refunds will NOT be given due selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photo. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, as documented on the invoice, Mish Photography will send the correct photo to the buyer free of charge.

Policies

All prints and products are subject to your state sales tax and shipping when applicable. Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. All rates are subject to change at any time. In the interest of fairness to all customers, all rates are non-negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.
